How to cook Oyster Cake

Ingredients for the oyster cake:
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup fish stock
AJI GINISA Shrimp to taste
60 grams oysters, shucked
1/4 cup leeks, thinly sliced
1/4 cup spring onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup bean sprouts

Ingredients for the sauce:
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, cornstarch, flour, rice wine, stock and sesame oil. Season with AJI GINISA. Whisk and set aside.
2. In a hot pan, saute garlic, leeks, beansprouts, spring onions and oysters. Then pour in the egg mixture.
3. Cook on both sides and set aside.
4. In a bowl, make the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the oyster cake.
